The Food Archaeologist went foraging in medieval picking gardens and took an archaeological dive into Burgundian cesspools.

He collected ingredients for a home-made wholesome gingerbread according to an experimental historical recipe with a lasting aftertaste for a livable future.

Including special ingredients, the recipe, the story, a lamb-shaped wooden cookie mould, the Smakeleyck cooking collection and a unique Van Eyck USB stick with the necessary instructions.
